Perfectly located in the foothill of Phoenix Mountain in Nantou, Chitou Youth Activity Center is right in Chitou Forest Recreation Area. Close to the University Pool in Chitou Forest Recreation Area, Chitou Youth Activity Center is renowned for the lodges. At present, we offer ten lodges, Plum-and-Bamboo cottages, and a variety of meeting rooms accommodating for 60 to 450 people. For a long time, Chitou Youth Activity Center has always been the primary choice of training facility for institutions, schools and organizations as well as attraction for domestic leisure travelers.

At an altitude of 1100 meters, Chitou Forest Recreation Area is one of seven experiment forests of National Taiwan University and is mainly composed of Cunninghamia Lancelata, Cypress, Gingko Trees and Moso Bamboo.  Chitou Forest Recreation Area is full of the exotic feeling of the northland due to the old giant trees and the green environment.  Chitou Forest Recreation Area has another sweet nickname of “Honeymoon Scenic Area” for the reason of the favor of newlyweds.
